Born free – born free – yuh see –

We born – we live – we die –

The ultimate order – brother –

Fill your heart with love – not hate –

With Psalms – with songs –

With songs of praise

Sing songs – sing like a bird –

Play – play music –

Fill your house with music –

Dance – dance to every tune –

Fill your heart with joy –

With happiness – Not despair –

Laugh – laugh often, laugh –

Every single day – fill your hearts –

with laughter – laughter is good for the soul.

Pray – pray often, pray always –

Pray for peace – not war – Jah kno’ star –

Pray for love – that love will abound –

Pray for journeying mercy – everywhere –

You go and pray for each other –

Fight like a soldier –  Something to consider.

Take baths – bathe – shower –

Anoint yourself  with oil –  with fresh

Jasmine – Lavender – camomile –

Don’t forget – that beautiful smile –

Spend time with self – care for self –

Uplift self – love self –  self-love –

Count – from one to twelve.
