Swedish Massage vs Reflexology

As much as I would like to give you both a Swedish massage and a Reflexology together, I’m afraid I don’t believe they should be administered in one session.
Swedish massage is the root or may I say the basis of all massages. All the other massages are derived from Swedish massage. The two treatments above are major body works and therefore should not be had in one session.
Swedish massage targets the muscles, tissues and joints while reflexology targets the organs or structures that perform vital bodily functions, hence bringing the body back into balance.
However, there are multiple treatments that can be combined, leaving you feeling out of this world. Check out our new packages, whichever one suits you best, and save money against separate treatments. Looking forward to hearing from you…..
